What started as a hobby during the middle of a global pandemic in January 2021 in Essex it has now grown into a business that I love and treasure. All my products are made with natural wax and individually hand poured.
I always work my hardest to dispatch your items as fast as I can. Current dispatch time is 10 working days after order has been placed.

Cancellation, Returns and Refund policy
You are well within your right to cancel your order up to 14 days of receiving it and a full refund will be issued,. This is providing items are returned in the same condition they were sent i.e unopened and at the customers expense.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact me straight away. Any issues have to be reported within 14 days of purchase and will need to be returned, at the customers expense, so items can be tested. If the product is found to be faulty and/or not fit for purpose you will receive a full refund or shop credit- depending on preference. Custom orders are non refundable unless they are faulty. All packages sent via post will be packaged accordingly and once an item has left me I cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during transit.
